Sending within Australia
^ Please note: The dates provided above are for items posted to/from metro locations. If you’re sending from outside a metro area, we recommend posting even earlier.
Depending on where you’re sending items from, to the destinations below, they need to be sent between the following dates for the best chance of arrival in time for Christmas. Speak to your local Post Office team member for the specific cut-off date that applies to your sending location.
Couriers – Bulky Items (awnings, fridges, curved roof rafters etc)
We are aware of some delays with some couriers due to recent flooding and Covid.
Individual Courier Services are implementing their own strategies to mitigate disruption however some delays are inevitable.
The situation is changing daily and as such we will keep you updated if your order is affected.

Free shipping on orders over $99, calculated after coupons and sale discounts. This offer is discretionary and maybe altered or withdrawn at any time. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible however, in order to offer you a Free shipping option we will use the most economical option available. If you’re order is placed by 1pm and qualifies for free shipping we will try to send same day, however it is not guaranteed.
Some items may incur a bulky item surcharge, if it is determined your order falls into this category we will contact you.
Out of stock items
If your product is not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to provide an ETA. If you have ordered multiple items and some are not in stock, we may hold off dispatching your order for a reasonable amount of time until all products are available. We will advise you of any extensive delays. You have the option to cancel at anytime up until items have been dispatched.
Our shipping options
Most orders are sent via Australia Post including express post. Once your order has been dispatched we will provide you with tracking details. Some orders will be sent via courier, if you’re not home to sign for your package then a card will be left with information on where it can be collected.
