If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly please contact us in writing within 14 days of the invoice date to obtain a Return Authorisation Number.  All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We will only accept a return if the product is in “As new” condition, which means the item must be unopened, unused, undamaged and the packaging must be intact and undamaged.

It will be your (the customer’s) responsibility to pay for shipping to return the product to us.  We recommend that when returning the product you use a delivery service with tracking and insurance.  If the product is damaged or goes missing while in transit back to us you will not be refunded, this is why we recommend using a delivery service with tracking and insurance.

We will endeavour to help out in any way we can, however, ultimately the responsibility lies with the customer.
