This warranty covers all goods supplied by Ozwide Caravan Parts to the customer and relates to faults and or defects in materials and workmanship through the normal operation, use and maintenance of the Goods.

Warranty exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Faults, defects or product failures caused by incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorised repair, modification or alteration.
2. Inappropriate operating environment, including but not limited to temperature, pressure, stress, load, or similar factors.
3. The product has been used other than for the purpose for which it was designed.
4. Defect has arisen due to accident, misuse, or failure to comply with manufacturer’s instruction, operation or installation guidelines.

If Ozwide Caravan Parts is unable to identify any defect, or the product is found to be damaged due to one of the warranty exclusions, or the product is found to be in proper working order we may seek reimbursement for any costs incurred plus the cost of shipping to return the product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to make a warranty claim

As soon as you identify a fault you must immediately cease operating or using the product.  Please send an email to admin@ozwidecaravanparts.com.au with the following information:

1. In the subject line please include: “Warranty Claim”
2. Please include a detailed description of the fault, proof of purchase and any photographs (if applicable), your name, phone number and return address.
3. Wait for us to contact you, we may try and troubleshoot the problem first. If we’re unable to fix the fault via this method we will then provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and further instructions on how to return the product.
